How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed the same day to 2 business days upon receiving orders. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. if you need your order to be processed sooner, please contact us at hello@twelvestoneart.com
What is the average shipping time?
All orders received on and after December 25 will be shipped within the first week of January as our team takes a brief Holiday break.
We ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail. Per USPS Priority mail, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days and 3-5 Business days by USPS Ground Advantage.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery time is dependant on the US Post Office and is no longer under our control.
For larger orders, we ship by UPS Ground. Depending on the shipping address, per UPS, the estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days..
Each order is packaged and boxed according to order size, we do not box each stone individually by default.
Return + Refund Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item/s, we are happy to accept returns of product within 2 weeks from the delivery date.

2. After you receive the return authorization, please ship the item/s back to us using trackable shipping service to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item/s.
The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Shipping cost are non-refundable. The cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
